Glühwein Petits Gâteaux
A delightfully spiced mousse entremet that will fill you with warmth as it brings back memories of a trip to a Weihnachtsmarkt (German Christmas Market). Comprised of a gingerbread and hazelnut dacquoise base, light Glühwein (mulled wine) and vanilla mousse, smooth orange Bavarois and tangy orange and pistachio gel, coated in a sweet white chocolate and mulled wine glaze. The perfect addition to one of our 18cm Glühweintortes for when you need just a few more servings.

The standard Glühwein Petits Gâteaux contain the following common allergens:

tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios)
milk (milk, butter, cream, chocolate)
soy (chocolate)
sulphites (wine)
Please note the standard Glühwein Petit Gâteau also contains gelatine and alcohol.
Low gluten and alcohol-removed versions are available.
