How to Order
Please complete the below order form, and we'll get back to you to confirm your order, availability and organise payment.
Outside of school holiday periods, our cakes are generally available on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We regularly book out 1 - 2 weeks in advance, and encourage orders to be placed with as much notice as possible as we only have limited order capacity each week. We sometimes have extra availability during school holidays. If your cake requirements fall outside our regular days, please email nick@zuckerhaus.com.au to see if there is any extra availability.
Please note that all our cakes are made in a kitchen that utilises common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish and shellfish, soy, lupin and wheat). While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that our products will be free from traces of these allergens. If you have any questions relating to allergens or the dietary modifications we can offer, please contact us.
Upcoming temporary closure
Our kitchen will be closed for a week in late September. Orders will be unavailable from Sunday 20 September to Saturday 26 September.

Select which cake or cakes you would like to order, any dietary requirements or extras and add these to your cart.

Once you’ve added all your items, navigate to your cart and complete the order details, including whether you would like your order delivered, the date and time of your delivery or collection, and your contact details. Then hit submit.
If we have availability to undertake your order, we will email you an invoice, generally within 24 hours. This will include the address of our South Geelong premises if you elected to collect your order.If we are unable to assist with your order request, we will contact you and suggest alternative suppliers where possible.

Review the invoice details, particularly the delivery/collection time window we will provide based on your request and our capacity on that day. If anything needs changing, let us know.
If you are happy with the invoice details, please make the 50% deposit through the link on your invoice within 48 hours. Online payment through Apple and Google Pay, or by Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express are all available. Please note that your order is not confirmed until you pay the deposit. -
Pay the remaining 50% of your invoice prior to your delivery or collection window. Online payment through Apple and Google Pay, or by Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express are all available through the link in your invoice.
For orders to be collected from our premises in South Geelong, please let us know in advance if you would like to pay at the door via card.
When your order is ready to be collected or when we are on our way to deliver, you will receive an SMS to your contact number.

All our cakes contain cream or other dairy products and need to be stored in the refrigerator upon delivery/collection and should be consumed within three days.
Inside your cake box you will find information on allergens and QR codes for ingredient lists and advice on storage and serving.
