With notes of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, pepper, cardamom and nutmeg, these delightful cupcakes are inspired by the traditional Dutch short-crust biscuit, speculaas, which are a staple on Sint-Nicolaasdag in December. Our ode to these famous biscuits features a speculaas spice-filled cupcake, chocolate ganache centre, and a light dark chocolate whipped ganache icing.

  • The standard Speculaas & Chocolate Cupcake contains the following common allergens:

    • gluten (flour)

    • eggs

    • milk (milk, butter, cream & chocolate)

    • soy (chocolate)

    These cupcakes may also contain traces of nuts.

    A low gluten version is available.
