Our Pomegranate Gâteau features four alternating layers of vanilla sponge and pomegranate-infused mousse to create an exotic and unique flavour combination. The cake is completed with glazed pomegranate arils and whipped white chocolate ganache, ready for your tastebuds to enjoy.
