Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte Petits Gâteaux
Germany’s most famous cake, but in petit gâteau form. Our mini Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte bundts feature chocolate sponge soaked in a kirschwasser syrup, with layers of chocolate ganache, morello cherry compote and vanilla cream in the centre. These single-serve Black Forest delights are finished off with a swirl of more vanilla cream and a fresh or preserved cherry, depending on the season. The perfect addition to one of our 20cm Schwarzwälder Kirschtortes for when you need just a few more servings.
