Skolebrød

Skolebrød or skolebolle (school bread) are a popular yeasted bun from Norway, where you can find them in pretty much every bakery, supermarket and petrol station. These cardamom, custard and coconut buns aren't just for school-aged kids though - they go down a treat at any age.

    • sulphites (shredded coconut)

    Ground cardamom used may contain traces of sesame.
