Based on our Zitronen Sahnetorte (Lemon Cream Cake), these cupcakes are the perfect accompaniment to outdoor morning teas in the sun. Our Zitronen Sahne Cupcakes feature a light fluffy vanilla cupcake, filled with tangy lemon curd and decorated with smooth white chocolate, mascapone and vanilla whipped ganache and toasted almonds.
